At MOTHR, we release pieces in small batches — some made to order, some ready to ship. Each product page will clearly state whether an item is pre-order or in stock.

Processing & Production Time

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order pieces are produced intentionally in limited runs.

Estimated production timelines are listed directly on each product page before purchase.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

In-Stock Items

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 2–4 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days depending on carrier timing and destination.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email

Additional Notes

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.

Pre-order purchases cannot be canceled once production begins due to the limited-run nature of our production process.
