Exchange Policy

Because every MOTHR piece is made to order in small batches, we currently offer exchanges only.

If you ordered the wrong size, don’t worry — we’ll help you swap it. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

☑️ Unworn
☑️ Unwashed
☑️ In original condition

We do not offer refunds at this time due to the made-to-order nature of our production.

Pre-Order Policy

All MOTHR pieces are made to order.

Production takes 7–10 business days before your order ships.

Preorder purchases cannot be canceled once production begins.
